Deliveries and returns
Thank you so much for wanting to purchase an order from MALCHAU CERAMICS. It is my hope that you're completely happy and satisfied with your order, but in case that you are not, I will gladly accept returns with a full refund within 14 days of the items being delivered to you, or are ready for pickup. A proof of purchase is required - physical or digital receipts are accepted. Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. MALCHAU CERAMICS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.
If on the other hand you do not pick up the item within 14 days after the order is announced as ready for collection in either a parcel shop/box or in my fysical store at Lets Clay, the right to a refund is already exceeded. Items ineligible for return include 'Made To Order' items and 'Archive/Reduced Price' items.
If your order is deemed unfit for return because it is not in its original selling condition, I will notify you to let you know that no refund will be issued. You can then choose from the following options:
1. The customer will pick up the product in store.
2. The product will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
3. The product will be recycled or donated.
I do not offer free returns, but we will gladly help to provide you with a return label. The return shipping fee will be retracted from the final refund.
Once your return is received at the store I will review its content to ensure that it meet the return policy requirements outlined above. Once approved I will issue a refund and notify you via a confirmation email. I am only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 2-6 business days for refunds to appear on your credit statement.
Made To Order
'Made To Order' items cannot be cancelled, modified nor refunded.
Defect items
In the event of a defect item, the item must be sent back to MALCHAU CERAMICS to be repaired or exchanged for a new item. I will arrange the transport by sending a label. I do not require you to send the item in the original packaging, but it is your own responsibility that the item is packed properly, so that the item can handle the transport without getting further damage.
Missing items
If something is missing from the delivery/parcel, MALCHAU CERAMICS must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
